A decorative Warhol Brillo memo block from Galison is just the thing to keep at a home or office desk or kitchen counter. Andy Warhol first exhibited his Brillo Soap Pad Box in New York in 1964 to focus attention on the significance of mundane, commercial commodities as representing contemporary society. Incidentally, the Brillo scouring pad celebrates its centennial in 2013. This pop art memo block makes a nice little gift: it comes on a base box platform with an acetate protector sealed by wafer seals on both sides. Created in collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. and the Authentic Brands Group.
A Fun, full colour memo block notepad to decorate any desk or counter, with great art and design in mind.
Each memo note measures 3-1/2 x 3', and there are 700 sheets per block. The block is full colour on each side, with a mono-colour fade on each memo sheet, and has a die-cut whole to hold a pencil or pen.
