Professor Bill Lucas is the Director of the Centre for Real-World Learning at Winchester University. With Guy Claxton he created the Expansive Education Network for schools, and the duo have co-authored over forty books that have sold over half a million copies. Guy Claxton is emeritus Professor of the Learning Sciences at the University of Winchester. He is the originator of Building Learning Power™, which has helped to inspire numerous schools, teachers and young people. With Bill Lucas, he has written a series of bestselling books including Educating Ruby: What our children really need to learn and Be Creative: Essential Steps to Revitalise Your Work and Life.
