The sparky, funny sequel to Louisa Young’s acclaimed first novel of belly-dancing, motorbikes and single-parenthood. Angeline has a surprise waiting for her, and it's one that threatens everything she holds dear. Everything used to mean herself and her Harley Davidson; now it means her sister’s baby, Lily, and a life that they have just got back on track. But these letters bring a threat that cannot be ignored, and send Angeline back to Cairo, where love, chaos and – maybe – redemption are lying in wait for her. Ever intrepid, Angeline is a heroine of the new guard in the second instalment of Louisa Young’s deliciously funny and razor-sharp trilogy.
