Dr Sarah Jarvis has been a GP for 20 years. She is the resident doctor on both BBC's The One Show and on Radio 2, as well as writing regular columns for Good Housekeeping and My Weekly magazines. Sarah has a particular interest in diabetes and cardiovascular disease and chairs the Health Care Committee of HEART UK, the cholesterol charity.
