Biographical note

The Times describes the co-creators of Twisted, Tom Jackson and Harry Bamber, as "the young Instagram duo who are on a mission to make comfort food cool again". The pair met for the first time in a tiny kitchen in Brixton, London. Tom - a talented cook from Birmingham - and Harry - a food mad videographer - set about making recipe videos that strayed from the ordinary, creating delicious never before cooked twists on renowned dishes, and publishing their endeavours on social media. Thanks to their irreverent approach to cooking that encourages everyone to experiment in the kitchen and not take meal times so seriously, in just six weeks Twisted reached a million followers with their fun, twisted and most importantly delicious recipe content.

Although Tom and Harry's amazing story and their work as pioneers of Twisted play a key part in the history of the brand - today, Twisted is a food-loving team of 10 who have worked their socks off to become one of the world's most loved food brands, with nearly 30 million followers globally.
