He lives in Sweden.Lars Svensson is one of Europe's leading ornithologists, and a member of the taxonomic sub-committee of the British Ornithologists' Union. He is the author of the best-selling Collins Bird Guide (GBP25.00), which is widely regarded as the definitive reference guide for European birders - though far too large to use in the field. He lives in Sweden.
