Biographical note

Jonathan Rees is an author, speaker and facilitative trainer specialising in enabling people to serve and thrive together.

He's delivered workshops with more than 600 police officers across the UK and Ireland in the 14 months whilst developing the material for The Resilience Toolkit. Since 2010 he's been busy delivering workshops and keynote speeches to build resilience, personal effectivity, leadership capacity and team synergy with a wide range of organisations. Before that he hid behind a mask of extensive experience in international IT.

He's also run the London Marathon (in 2:51, once)!
