Rhea Paul, PhD, CCC-SLP Rhea Paul, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is Professor Emerita at Southern Connecticut State University, and Professor and Director of the Communication Disorders Section of the Developmental Disabilities program at the Yale Child Study Center. Peter Flipsen, Jr., PhD Dr. Flipsen obtained his doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently an Associate Professor of Speech Pathology at Idaho State University.
