Trucks and cars are very important in Kevin's world. He likes them all: the strong workers, like the tractor and the garbage truck; the quick helpers, like the fire engine and the police car; and the regular road vehicles, like the car and the motorcycle. Vroom! There are lots of wheels in this big book of cars. There are also rhymes and questions to make the book really attractive to toddlers. Many young children are fascinated by vehicles, and Kevin is one of them. A lively and informative book for car lovers aged 2 1/2 and up.

Little ones who are interested in vehicles will love the colorful illustrations! This book also encourages general knowledge, language and concept development with its word usage and questions. I think that little ones will reread/look at this book many times and gain additional information after each reading/discussion with their adult." -- I.J. Hamilton, Goodreads "The illustrations are adorable, bright, and engaging. The narration goes into child friendly detail about the purpose of all the vehicles explored. There are pages that engage the reader by asking them questions or instructing them to point out things. It also covers problem solving by asking the reader to point out what doesn't belong. Work those language skills! Perfect for toddlers, preschoolers, and even early elementary. This is a must for any child who adores things that go vroom." -- Christine Ibarra, Goodreads PRAISE FOR LIESBET SLEGERS' KEVIN'S BIG BOOK SERIES: "If you have a young toddler and a child in elementary school, this book is sure to be a big hit with both! Slegers hits a home run with this cute story that my kids cannot seem to put down. She offers colorful and cute illustrations that are perfect for engaging this age group and taking kids through all of Kevin's very common daily activities, which leave him feeling very common emotions: happiness, anger, sadness and fear. Children need help understanding these big emotions and that they are okay so they can accept and work through them.
