Biographical note

Paul Loomans is founder and coach at Unraveling Stress in Amsterdam where he works with individuals and groups helping them to regain a sense of calm in their lives. Paul has been a Zen monk since 1984 and runs the European Zen Centre in Amsterdam. He is a former actor and director of mime and physical theatre and is married with 3 children.
