Biographical note

Gemma Dale is a senior lecturer in the Business School at Liverpool John Moores University, teaching management, HR and personal development skills to first second and third year undergraduates. She is an experienced HR professional, as Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Fellow of the HEA , with over twenty years of experience working in a range of HR roles across multiple sectors.
