Gemma Dale is a HR Director, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Fellow of the HEA and speaker and writer on a variety of topics including employee engagement, flexible working and wellbeing. She is the author of Flexible Working also published by Kogan Page. She is also lecturer in the Business School at Liverpool John Moores University and runs her own business, The Work Consultancy where she focuses on policy development, flexible working and wellbeing.
