Biographical note
Teresa Heapy is an award-winning author who started her career as a Commissioning Editor in children’s publishing. She has written 10 picture books, including the award-winning Very Little series, and over 80 educational titles. Her books have been translated into 13 languages. She loves visiting libraries, schools, bookshops and festivals to read to children and inspire them to write their own books.Big Cat Phonics for Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised has been developed in collaboration with Wandle Learning Trust and Little Sutton Primary School. It comprises classroom resources to support the SSP programme and a range of phonic readers that together provide a consistent and highly effective approach to teaching phonics.
