THE SPECIALIST TROOPS OF WELLINGTON'S ARMY PLAYED A CRUCIAL ROLE IN THE SUCCESS OF THE BRITISH ARMY. Though often understaffed and ineptly managed, the artillery, engineers, transport and commissariat, and medical services contributed to Wellington's ultimate victory in 1815.
