Biografisk notat

Dr Donald Craythorne, BJuris (Unisa), MPub Ad (UCT), PhD (UCT), has had a career which spanned 40 years in local government. He was director of Constitutional Affairs for the former Cape Provincial Administration, and was involved in the 1993 local government negotiations. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Local Government Management of South Africa, a Fellow of the Institute of Administration and Commerce of South Africa, an Associate of the South African Association of Public Administration and Management, a member of the Disaster Management Institute of South Africa and an honorary member of the Institute for Municipal Safety of Southern Africa.
