From the reviews: "This book discusses the clinical, pathological, and radiographic appearance of small bowel obstruction. The topic is high yield and the editors note that evaluation of small bowel obstruction is a commonly requested study. The book is targeted at the diagnostic radiologist. It does an excellent job of describing small bowel obstruction, from the initial stages to the late stages/infarction." (Todd E Layman, Doody's Review Service, October, 2008) "This small book is a monograph aimed at radiologists and surgeons who handle bowel emergencies. ... All of the chapters are arranged in an atlas format with excellent images. ... it would be most appropriate on the bookshelf of large well-stocked departmental library." (Shailendra Chopra, Radiology, Vol. 252 (3), September, 2009)
