Biographical note
Inbali Iserles is a best-selling author and irrepressible animal lover. She is one of the authors behind the New York Times bestselling Survivors series. Her first book, The Tygrine Cat, won the 2008 Calderdale Children’s Book of the Year Award. The Tygrine Cat: On the Run, was listed among The Independent’s “50 books every child should read.” She now lives in Cambridge with her family, where she is fellow of the Royal Literary Fund. As a kid, films got Jim drawing exciting characters and now as a full-time illustrator, he is proud to say he has never had to grow up! Jim’s son and his imagination inspire him everyday. Now he brings characters to life with his published books and he is incredibly grateful to call ‘being a kid’ his job; drawing cartoons is a dream!
