Biographical note

Lindsay Galvin is an author writing for middle grade, teen and adults. She’s a qualified teacher with 20 years experience, and loves to visit schools. Lindsay is also a @writementor tutor, mentor and staff writer, and provides manuscript services. She currently lives on the south coast with three boys, two cats and one puppy. Chiara was born in Milan, where she completed a degree in Illustration. Now she works as a freelance illustrator for Italian and international publishers. Chiara uses a combination of mixed traditional media and digital and her illustration has won numerous awards including the Silver Medal by the Association of Jewish Libraries for the Sydney Taylor Award 2018 and the 3x3 International Illustration award merit 2019.
