Biografisk notat

Mac is a New York Times bestselling author of more than 24 books for children, including two Caldecott Honor-winning collaborations with Jon Klassen- Sam & Dave Dig a Hole, which also won the E.B. White Read-Aloud Award, and Extra Yarn, which won both the Boston Globe Horn Book Award and the E.B. White Read-Aloud Award. His picture books Leo- A Ghost Story and The Skunk, illustrated by Patrick McDonnell, were named two of the Ten Best Illustrated Books of 2015 by The New York Times. Mac writes the Brixton Brothers series of mystery novels and, with Jory John, The Terrible Two series. He lives in Berkeley.

Greg Pizzoli is an author, illustrator, and screen printer. His first picture book, The Watermelon Seed, was the 2014 recipient of the Theodor Seuss Geisel Award. His most recent picture book, Good Night Owl, won a Geisel Honor. His picture book Tricky Vic was a New York Times Best Illustrated Book of 2015. Greg's work has been featured in The New York Times, Communication Arts, 3x3 Magazine, and he's won two Portfolio Honor Awards from the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. After college, Greg spent two years as a full-time volunteer in AmeriCORPS from 2005-2006. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife, where he teaches at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia.
