Paul Virilio is one of the most provocative and original thinkers of the contemporary era, and The Virilio Dictionary, expertly edited and introduced by John Armitage, provides a splendid over-view and presentation of the key concepts and ideas proliferating in Virilio’s diverse and multifaceted works. The entries are clear and engaging, and provide an excellent access to one of the key thinkers of our time.

Douglas Kellner, George F. Kneller Chair in the Philosophy of Education, UCLA

Finally all the facets of Paul Virilio's visionary work expertly analysed and summarised in one book. A truly amazing project which reads like science-fiction in the present tense.
