This book is filled with the words and wisdom of two seasoned veterans: Margaret Juhl, a master teacher, and Brenda Connors, a wise and warm veteran principal. Though both are fictional, they are deeply rooted in the real-world life of contemporary schools. They've been there, and they know what they're talking about because of wisdom gleaned from experience. They are exemplars of countless teachers and principals who are blessed with unusual leadership skills and savvy.
