Biografisk notat

Canadian-born Catharine has been scrawling short stories since she could first read and write. These were just for fun until a series of serendipitous events brought Buffy and Huffy to life. Happily, Catharine found the fabulous illustrator Sarah-Leigh Wills, who brought her magic sparkle to their world. When not hanging out with Buffy and Huffy at home in the South West of England, a few favourite things in life for Catharine include catching up with friends, sticking some music on in the kitchen and baking, or getting lost in a great book. Best free treats - a walk with beautiful views, the first air of autumn, and listening to a blackbird singing. Always content with pens and paper close at hand, the icing on the cake while writing is to have her adorable moggy, Poppy, sleepily curled up nearby, dreaming in her own fluffy world -- when she's not being pounced upon and woken by Fred, the impossibly naughty kitten who shares her home.
