World famous fungi hunter Steve Axford captures amazing photography and time-lapse videos of mushrooms as they grow. From Australia, Steve Axford and his partner Catherine Marciniak combine their skills and passion for fungi to share their discoveries with the world under the banner "Planet Fungi" on their website, on Instagram, and Facebook. Their documentary Follow the Rain released in 2024, earning official selection status from the Los Angeles Cinematography AWARDS, Nature Without Borders International Film Festival, EKOFILM International Environmental Film Festival, and Innsbruck Nature Film Festival. Their coffee table book, Planet Fungi: A Photographer's Foray, releases August 2025.
