An inclusive society accepts and values differences. Her aim is to deconstruct social inequality while simultaneously considering other categories of inequality such as disability, gender or ethnicity. Inclusion thus appears as a process of increasing opportunities for participation and reducing barriers. Saskia Erbring works out the synergy between systemic consulting and the implementation of inclusion.
