Barbara L. Gottesman has been a teacher, principal, school reform agency director, and a department chair and professor in both education and educational leadership. She is currently a consultant for schools and colleges in peer coaching and is an aspiring artist and co-author of an art book.The purpose of peer coaching is to attain student success. My experience is that coaching builds a community of practice focused on learning and teaching.
