It’s hard to think of a more timely message than Dave Smith’s invitation to whole-life whole-person wellbeing. This is not just some kind of buzz word; it’s a profoundly biblical concept of shalom affecting every single area of life. Dave Smith is the kind of
leader who practices what he preaches and this message has been outworked in the lives of thousands already. I’m particularly glad that he has covered such a wide range of aspects of wellbeing – from mental health to finances and vocation. This is a brilliant and timely resource.

- Pete Greig,

In the times that we are living in, the topic of Wellbeing has never been more relevant or important. In this brilliant book, Dave Smith encourages us to approach wellbeing holistically, exploring how we can each grow in physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational health. Using biblical insights, psychological and medical perspectives, as well as lessons from his own personal story, Dave offers bite-sized daily meditations and practical next-steps suggestions to help us on our journey of increasing wellbeing. As someone who has been through my own struggles with Wellbeing, I can’t recommend this timely book enough.

- Simon Thomas,

The Wellbeing Journey has a prophetic edge in this season. Jesus is ‘the Prince of Wholeness’ as the Message version translates Isaiah 9:6. Following the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, local churches are in a unique place to lead communities on this journey to physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing as they offer this practical guide.
