Juan Carlos Benito Sanchez is an independent human rights consultant and he coordinates the social support centre SocialEnergie, Belgium.
This is the first study of anti-discrimination law as it applies to housing law in Europe. It offers an important perspective in a field dominated by employment law studies, while drawing on concepts significant in that field as well.
