Mo Zhang is a professor of law at Temple University Beasley School of Law, USA, teaching conflict of laws, contract, international commercial transactions, international commercial arbitration, and Chinese law. Legally trained both in China and in the United States, Professor Zhang has published numerous law journal articles and is the author of Chinese Contract Law, Theory and Practice, 2nd ed. (Brill, 2020), and Introduction to Chinese Torts Law (Tsinghua University Press, 2014).
