The judicial system, in a shocking turn of events, has transformed a joint advance on fees and wages into two crimes, which were then offset against the very type of costs the loan was intended to cover in the business. It's important to note that such advances are a common practice in the cultural sector.The case highlights the underlying routines and legal violations within bank, the police, and the prosecution, that have made the sentence possible. It would be surprising if everyone else is adequately treated in the judicial system when there are ten legal violations underlying this case.In this edition, we highlight police and prosecutions incompetence and the lack of use of modern technology that leads to wrongful convictions. ]]>
