Biographical note
Claire Snowdon-Darling (AKFRP), and Laura Knowles (AKFRP, BSc Hons) are the Heads of The College of Functional Wellness, the creators of Functional Kinesiology- an exciting, research led modality - and the innovators behind The Triangle of Hormonal Health.
They have been in clinical practice since 2008 and are the Clinical Directors of Hormone-Wellness. An online clinic offering women a whole health approach including body identical HRT for hormone and menopause issues. Claire is a featured expert on the national website www.menopause.co.uk and regularly talks at conferences, seminars, and podcasts. As the Chair of The Kinesiology Federation Policy Board, she is passionate about ensuring high training standards in the field.
