This is an interesting and comprehensive text . . . It covers many aspects of oral disease, with science-based chapters on microbiology supported by physiology chapters on the aetiology of disorders, such as salivary dysfunction and taste disturbance. There is also some excellent advice on assessment and management . . . This book will ensure staff are able to give better oral care to their patients in the future.
