Pam Borton is the winningest coach in Minnesota’s Division 1 women’s basketball history. She has 27 years coaching major college athletics, and is now an ICF Senior Executive Coach taking CEOs, executives, and teams to the next level. She received the Top 10 Global Women of Leadership Pillar Award, the Ann Bancroft Dream Maker Award, (Real) Power 50 Award, the New England National Coach of the Year Award, is a two-time nominee for National Coach of the Year, and has appeared on CBS, TedX, ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports, and the Big Ten Network. Pam is committed to philanthropy and promoting leadership among women and young girls, founding two non-profits, Team Women MN and LSWAG.
