Rikki Harris is the CEO of TN Voices, where she has served since 2011. She holds master's degrees in Marriage and Family Counseling and Christian Education, and brings expertise in nonprofit leadership, mental health, juvenile justice, substance use, advocacy, strategy, and fundraising. Under her leadership, TN Voices has grown to 250 staff and was recognized with the 2024 USA Top Workplaces award. Rikki has chaired the TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Policy and Planning Council and earned multiple leadership and advocacy awards in Tennessee and Texas. She has been featured in the film From Languishing to Flourishing and on The Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid, and cohosts the CAN+DID podcast. A Titan 100 leader in Nashville, she is also a Nashville Emerging Leader Award finalist, CNM CEO of the Year nominee, Amerigroup TN Healthy Hero honoree, and Mississippi College Alumni of the Year. Outside work, Rikki enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and volunteering at her church. She recently added runway model for NYC Fashion Week to her résumé.
