Biographical note

Léo-Paul Dana is Professor of Management at ICD Business School, in Paris, and also Professor at Dalhousie University. He holds the title of Visiting Professor at Kingston University and is also a member of the Chaire ETI at Sorbonne Business School. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at McGill University and of HEC-Montreal, he has served as Marie Curie Fellow at Princeton University and visiting professor at INSEAD. He has published extensively in a variety of journals and is the author of several books.

Naman Sharma is Assistant Professor of general management, entrepreneurship & strategy at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Kolkata, India. He has been publishing in the areas of entrepreneurship and human resources in international journals, including those published by Springer. He is Associate Editor of International Journal of Entrepreneurship & Small Business; and has served as Guest Editorfor journals such as International Journal of Business and Globalisation, World Review of Entrepreneurship, and Management and Sustainable Development.
