Joseph O'Connor and Andrea Lages are the co-founders of the International Coaching Community, a worldwide community of over one thousand coaches in 31 countries. They are experienced coaches and have worked in life, business and executive coaching. They are founders of the coaching, training and consulting company Lambent do Brasil, based in Sao Paulo. They have already written a successful and highly-praised book on coaching (Coaching with NLP) that was translated into ten languages in its first year. They have trained coaches from 31 countries and have a wealth of knowledge on how coaching is defined and works in different cultures. Joseph has written 16 other books on NLP, systems thinking and leadership, including Introducing NLP (1990) the first book to put all the ideas of NLP into one understandable whole. This has sold over 250,000 copies worldwide and been translated into 27 languages. The book is still used as the standard text when teaching NLP.
