Dee Costello (Author) Dee Costello is a children's book editor and writer who grew up in London, spent a happy chunk of her life in Boston, USA, and is now living by the big, beautiful sea in Worthing, UK. At every opportunity she will try to smell pine trees, cycle, surf, laugh, make arty 'creations' with her two children, and read . . . out loud! David Semple (Illustrator) David Semple was born in the North East of England in the early 70s. After studying illustration, he enjoyed a stint working in the TV and Film industry in London painting latex puppets & prosthetics! Since then, a pencil has never been far from his grasp and he has designed and illustrated characters for an impressive range of clients across the globe. He lives in York with his designer wife Kate, their three children, and Olive the dog.
