Biografisk notat

Richard Jones is an illustrator living and working in Devon. He graduated from the University of Plymouth in Graphic Design and Illustration, before becoming an children's book illustrator, inspired by his work in Exeter Library where he loved looking through the children's books.

Richard’s style combines beautifully layered textures with a gentle, muted palette and memorable character design. He has worked on several picture books including Perdu, Safe at Last, Quiet, The Iron Robin, Feelings and The Snow Lion which has been published into 20 languages.
