Biografisk notat

Linki Lutz is in September 1990 in Stellenbosch gebore. In 2013 ontvang sy haar graad in BA Visuele Kuns cum laude by die Universiteit van Stellenbosch. Geïnspireer deur haar peetpa Piet Grobler, die befaamde illustreerder, besluit Linki Lutz reeds op ’n jong ouderdom om ’n illustreerder te word. Vandag het sy reeds tien opvoedkundige kinderboeke geïllustreer, en in 2015 word sy gekies as een van die wenners van die Wêreldwye prenteboek-illustrasiekompetisie. Linki spandeer die meeste van haar tyd deur te teken, te verf, eksperimentele musiek te sing, ingewikkelde grimeerkuns op haarself toe te pas en gesprekke te voer met haar Russiese bloukat, Kafka Kasparin.
