Peter DeFreitas, the author, has taught Physics for over 35 years and is well respected as a teacher and tutor in preparing candidates for the CSEC and CAPE examinations. He has written a concise revision course for CSEC physics, also published by Collins. He is currently head of Physics at St. Winifred’s School, Barbados and prepares a large number of students for the Barbados Island Scholarships on a yearly basis.
