Dr Avinash A. Ramteke is an Associate Professor of Chemistry, specializing in Organic Chemistry; his research field is nanomaterial synthesis. With a PhD from the Government Vidarbha Institute of Science and Humanities, Amravati, India, he has guided four PhD students, authored 33 papers, and presented at 31 conferences. He serves as a reviewer for international journals and is a member of the Indian Science Congress Association.Dr Sandip R. Sabale is an Assistant Professor with a PhD from Shivaji University, India. Specializing in sorption studies and environmental assessment, he has completed post-doctoral research in the USA and China, published extensively, and focuses on nanoparticle synthesis and chromatographic separations.Prof Dr Savita Dhongade-Desai is an academic leader with a PhD in Heterocyclic Chemistry. She has published 37 papers, presented at 48 conferences, and manages the 'MakeItEasyChemistry' YouTube channel, offering 38 live lectures.
