Dr Anand Petare is a Workshop Superintendent at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore. He obtained his PhD from this institution in 2020, and he specialises in gear engineering and advanced and hybrid manufacturing processes.Neelesh Kumar Jain is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Group Leader of the Centre of Excellence in Gear Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore. He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 2003, and his research interests include gear finishing, micro-plasma-based additive layer manufacturing, and joining and miniature gear manufacturing.Dr I.A. Palani is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore. He received his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2010, and his research interests are smart devices, shape memory materials, laser-assisted surface processing, and micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS).
