Bruce Peter is a graduate of The Glasgow School of Art, The Royal College of Art and the University of Glasgow. The Glasgow School of Art as a design historian has employed him since 2002. He has researched and published extensively on modern architecture and design for transport, pleasure and hospitality and is internationally known as a maritime historian, specializing in the design history of modern merchant ships.
