Biografisk notat

Born in Indianapolis, Steve Englehard went to Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. He studied Psychology because people fascinated him, but in getting his B.A. he learned that psychology didn t describe real people, so he became a writer. He began his writing career on Marvel s Captain America in the early 1970s, and soon added The Hulk, The Avengers, Thor, Dr. Strange, and half a dozen other series. He moved by DC Comics by the late 1970s to write a series of Batman tales and more.
