Biographical note

Susan Ward, Ph.D., RN has been a registered nurse since 1979. She holds a Ph.D. in adult education and community/human resources, a master's degree in nursing, a bachelor's degree in nursing, and an associate degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska. Dr. Ward has published several books, as well as journal and research articles spanning from 1997 to 2023.

Frankie Ward, M.F.A., M.A., M.S. is an instructor of English at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, an instructor of humanities at Nebraska Methodist College, and a writing center consultant at Metropolitan Community College. He holds an M.F.A. in creative nonfiction, M.A. in English, and M.S. in physiology and biomechanics.
