Rushatey Feroze is a driven and accomplished PhD candidate in Business Management at Xi'an Jiaotong University of China. She has dedicated her academic career to the study of organizational behavior, leadership, and strategy. Her research focuses on how leaders can effectively motivate and manage their teams to achieve superior performance and drive organizational success. In her upcoming book, Rushatey seeks to provide a practical guide to change management that draws upon her research and consulting experience.
